Paula, I am just now getting past my Greatgrandfather. I suspect the Lomans arrived sometime in the 1700's, but have no facts or documentation at this time. I will certainly be glad to share any possible connection. Could you be a descendant of an American Civil War refugee? If so, that might be easier for the Lomans, that I know are searching, to find a connection. Feel free to contact me by e-mail.
