Dick Loman, ca 1865

In going through some stored boxes of my parents, I have come across a tin-type of Dick Loman in a Civil War uniform (Union), probably made around 1865. There is a one-cent "U.S. Inter. Rev. Proprietary" stamp on the back, cancelled with the initials "WGS". The tin-type probably was from Alfred Newton Jarrell, a Civil War veteran, who died in 1917 in Kansas.
If you have information or interest, please send me an e-mail.
