Hi! I see a trend here but don't know if it is worth anything.
It is name changing from Longo to Long in PA!!
My grandmother's name was Long but she always told me it was really Longo, she was born in TN but the family ended up in PA. Her sister Agnes kept the LONGO but their father also adopted the LONG.
When they came to PA, he lived with a Nick LONGO whom I believe is a relative.
They were Italian.
Wow, huh!?
