If you will go to Type in the surname loper and you will find much information on relatives. Much of info is there up through the late 1800s for many lines of the Loper family but not all. I do remember seeing Gilbert Henry Loper's name there.
Jacobus Loper came from Holland not Stockholm and was of Dutch descent.
Many Lopers live currently in Amagansett on Long Island, just east of East Hampton.
Hope this helps.
