Courtney, Did I ever answer your inquiry? It has been a wild year so I am not sure. If I have, then I appologize for repeating it. I come from a line of Lopers that are from the same area as your line, that is why I have been researching all the Lopers from southern Ohio and Northeastern Kentucky(and elsewhere). Your Thomas J Loper and Mary Elizabeth Davis were married 8 Apr 1894,and I believe later divorced. Thomas' parents were John C Loper and Sarah Emily Arthurs. Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Davis parents were James Davis and Christina Wise.
John C Loper was the son of Thomas Jefferson Loper who is supposed to be a Bailey, and Letitia Robinson Paxton. Sarah Arthur's parents were Joseph R Arthur and Manutha Wallace. If you have any more questions please feel free to contact me. Mickey Loper Walkup
