Stacey,
I have been to Exeter today and had a quick look at church registers for Stoke Damerel. It was a huge parish and I only had about 1/2 hour. You may already know, but the entry for the marriage of Edward Loud and Elizabeth Keenor reads

4/8/1807
Edward Loud Superanniuent in His Majesty's Navey. Widower.
Elizabeth Keenor of this parish. Spinster.
( with what looks like Winifred Keenor and another I could not read (but not Loud) as Witnesses)
Both could write and Eward signed E.R.W.Loud.

An Edward Loud married a Ann Ley 1/10/1783 at Yealmpton, since he was a widower I wonder if this was his 1st. marriage.?
Their son Edward b. 12/8.1811 Newton Ferrers no doubt you already know this but I will look at this register sometime
Let me know if you have anything spcific you want looked at.
Glen.
