Thank you SO much Glen. Actually I had no details at all, apart from names given to me by family members and then the date that I got off the IGI (Which I assumed to be correct due to the Keenor name connection). I didn't know that he was a widower either. I have not yet gotten back that far in ordering certificates etc. If you come across any other children to Edward and Elizabeth I would be grateful to hear, but I don't know for certain if any do exist. I have a record showing that a Miss Loud arrived in SA a couple of years after Edward(born 1811) and Mary Pitts did, but elsewhere she is listed as a Mrs Loud. So I am not sure if it was the mother (Elizabeth) or a sister joining them.

Can you tell me how I could go about ordering certificates for these events? So far most of my research has been in Australia and I don't yet know how to access UK records. Also would records for that time show things like the parents of the bride and groom? Or their birthdates or ages?

Thank you again for looking that up for me!
