Hi DebMy typeing isn't that great so bare with me. I wish my dad was still alive so that we could have more infro. i didn't get into the family until i was over in England and visit the Loudoun castle. I didn't get started into the history until i came back to Ohio a few year ago. Anyway ican tell you what ihave seen and what my dad told us. the indian school was near Dixon S. Dakota. Ithink it had to either been near the rosebud indian reservation or on it.At the time i was out there iwas akid and didn't pay much attendtion. MYy dad told us that the louden family was the only white kids at the school all the rest were indian. By the way my dad was born in1895so it was still kind of wild out there . He told us that the older lndian did not like the white people but they trust walter. When the indians had a pow wow the y would dress all up and the older ones would show offthe scalp that they had taken at little big horn . Idid see where the old homestead was .Itwas made out of sod. Iknow my dad said that we had indian in us, and i think it was ALONZA WIFEArrezina Loaper . Iremenber an older uncle telling about going to his grandmother when he was very young, and he said that he was told that she was a indian princess. That all i can think of right now.Bob
