Hi, Susan,

I notice that it's been a while since you made that request. I opened it after scrolling down and being attracted to the name of Mary Loughney.

By any chance do you know what part of the USA you're looking at for Mary/Thomas Loughney? I have both Donnellys and Loughneys in my family "tree". All from the area around Pittston, PA, which is between the cities of Scranton and Wilkes-Barre.

My late mother's maiden name was Mary Alice Donnelly. She was one of five children ( only 4 girls survived infancy) born to Mary Loughney and John Donnelly. However, I do not know if his middle initial was "F", nor do I know if my grandmother's maiden name was Corcoran. Unfortunately, there is no one left today who might be able to provide that information. I do know that she was born in the USA.

Good luck,
Bob Meehan
