Hi, Dan,
Just came across this message of yours. Where in Pennsylvania are your Loughney relatives? My maternal grandmother was a Loughney. Mary Loughney Donnelly, and her siblings: Leo Loughney; Kathleen Loughney; Getrude Loughney McHale; and Della Loughney, were all born and raised in or near Pittston, PA, a little town in northeastern PA between Scranton and Wilkes-Barre. So far I have not been able to trace that family back beyond my maternal grandmother. Do any of these names fit in with your family?

I'm living in Pittsburgh with my wife. Our three children are grown and on their own. We are two-time grandparents, and have yet to reach the double nickle.
