Looks like Otto's parents were Charles and Barbara A. Loutzenhiser. On the 1900 Kansas census they were living in Rice County, KS. Otto was b in Kansas and his father Charles was b in Illinois. Charles' father was b in Pennsylvania. I would guess in Mercer County where my Loutzenhiser ancestor came from.
Otto is shown in the 1920 Oklahoma census as living in Enid, Garfield Co, OK. Marie is shown as 13 years old.

Charles is shown (I think this is right) on the 1850 Census of Logan Co., IL as the son of Jacob and Arilla Loutzenhiser. It shows him as b in MO on this census, but subsequent census records show him as b in IL. Jacob's occupation was blacksmith.
If you want me to e-mail you copies of the original census' where I got this info, let me know.
