Frank Loveland's Widow, Annie, Sues in CA 1910
In Oakland CA Annie LOVELAND, widow of Frank LOVELAND, an engineer, filed a suit for damages of $30,000 for herself and her seven children, against the Model Creamery where her husband was employed at the time of his death, May 10 of 1910. He was electrocuted while he was at work, standing on a wet floor.--The San Francisco (CA) Call, 4 OCT 1910, p. 8.
