I am DAR on service of Thomas Lovvorn/Loving. Most of the records I used to prove my line and Thomas' service came from James Lecil Lovvorn, a descendant of James Lovvorn and Hannah Smith. If you are interested in DAR, I would love to help more of Thomas' descendants to join. Just reading the info quoted from a book, some is correct and some is conjecture. I am not looking at the records now, but James Loving died in St. Clair Co., AL and left a will there I believe. His widow, Hannah, returned to Georgia after his death. Also I don't believe anyone has proof that Thomas is the son of Gabriel Loving. It may be, but no one has the proof. Or I would love to see it if it exists. Larealia Lovvorn Camp
