The only Cordelia Lovvorn that I find is the one you mentioned being the daughter of John Newton Lovvorn and Jane Nolan/Underwood Lovvorn. From experience, I have found census records to be right about half of the time and I have always been told that census records are a good base if you have no other information. Also, if you do have other information it is usually correct where the census record is wrong. I would guess this is the same person and that the census taker messed something up along the way.
