The 1900 Census has the following for James M. Lovvorn in Hamilton County, Texas, ED#2, Sheet #12:

James M. Lovvorn, b. 1866 in Alabama, both parents in Alabama.

Salma E., b. 1868 in Alabama, both parents in Alabama.

James & Salma married 16 years, 6 children all living.

William M., age 15
James A., age 12
Ernest W., age 8
Terrel J., age 5
Alice M., age 2
Ora M., age 6/12

All children born in Texas with the exception of William M. born in Alabama.
