Loya Indian heritage

In the mid 70's, Chief Big Toe was head of the R.I. chapter. I had a lot of info re: my mother, Pauline Loya's Indian lineage. I am unable to locate my records. Chief Big Toe apparently moved to Connecticut taking the records w/ him & I have been unsuccessful in locating him . I did write to Richard LaCoe & Michael Bruce asking if they would inquire about him if they spoke to Homer St. Francis in Vermont. If anyone has any pertinent info. I greatly would appreciate a reply . Thanks. Louie Blanchard
