Hey gang, check this out!!!!!!!!!Our first Abenaki word. I finally decided to look at a site I had book marked over a year ago. The site is the Abanaki tribe's of Western Maine. Go to--www.avcnet.org/ne/do/ba/. In the Wabanaki Genealogy Queries I found a Julia Patnaude-listed as Abenaki, born abt 1846 and died 1932. She married Gilson Frederic Longtoe, Births- child b.1863, son George H. born abt. 1871. Julias known locations- Keeseville, NY; Swanton, Vt.; Malone, NY; and NYC. Take a look, I have not had time to do much exploring. Gotta go, Cuz Dick
