Hi again Shirley,

I sure am glad you dropped by this forum; you seem to have injected some new life into the group... Hate to say I was wrong; Beudry is a good Fr-Can name. I ran across some recently in my searching, but could not make a connection. I also remember seeing the name Gosselin in the past. I assume that this is Catherine's maiden name. Right?

Thanks so much for your info on the Merritt family. My mother Mildred Merritt, age 90, is the daughter of Harry Bertram Merritt and Pauline Marian Hevey. She often visited Mary Loya and also remembers Lottie. I also thought that Harry worked for the railroad, but it turns out he worked for a news service, but did a lot of rail travel between Rutland, Vt. and Cleveland, Oh. Yes, he did run off and leave his wife and 2 young children. My older sister met a grandson of his new family at an airport in Ca. years ago, but lost his name and address.

If you have any locations or other info on Will Merritt and wife Mary, I would be very greatful.

Thanks,
Cuz Dick
