You might be interested to know that there was a Margherita Loia born about 1742 in Presezzo, Italy. Her Husband was Antonio Locatelli. Given that the Surname Loya is a phonetic modification of the Italian (Tuscan) Surname Loia, given that the name is rare, and given that both the first and last names are the same, one in its older Italian form the other in its hispanicized dress, also given that it is very common that families may preserve a first and last name form through generations,(sometimes cousins have the same first and last name in honor of a common grandfather, for example) I would not doubt that Margarita Loya and Margherita Loia have a common great grand mother. You might want to consider this relevant to your roots.
