LOYA - south Texas
Posted by: Lotus Cirilo (ID *****9152) Date: January 24, 2003 at 15:55:25

My grandfather's sister, Flora (Florentina, Florencia) Cirilo married Genaro Loya in south Texas, most likely around Progreso, Hidalgo Co., Texas. They were born circa 1890.

At least three children of their marriage: David Cirilo Loya (who married Juana Garcia), Sefrina Loya, and Elvira Loya. There may have been other children.

Flora's parents were Gavina Villarreal and Pedro Cirilo. I can assist with this line, but have no knowledge of Genaro's ancestry.

Possible/probable SSDI for Genaro Loya is:
SSN 462-30-1932 Residence: 60966 Sheldon, Iroquois, IL
Born 19 Mar 1890 Last Benefit:
Died May 1974 Issued: TX (Before 1951)

Seeking any connection or information.
