Hi Beverly (Loya) Terry:

Your Uncle George was my Great-Uncle George. He married my grandfather's sister, Cora Swenor. (My grandfather was Frederick Swenor--my mother's father). My mother was Marion Swenor LaPine. I am Shirley LaPine Rohan.

When I was young we used to visit Uncle George and Aunt Cora on many Sundays. They lived in Ludlow MA at the time. They had a large family and my Grandfather, Frederick, and his wife, Mary Beatrice (Dumas) also had a large family and many were close in age to Uncle George's kids. A couple of my mother's siblings were within a year or two of my age so we all just kind of meshed. (Are you thoroughly confused yet?)

Since I didn't go through all of the messages on the Loya Board, please let me know if you are looking for anything specific and I'll see what I can find.

Nice to hear from you.

Shirley
