I do not have much information on Thomas Loya Jr., but I am searching for info.on his sister Ellen Loya. Ellen was my great, great grandmother. Here is what I know about Thomas Jr: he was the son of Thomas Loya (born in Quebec, Canada [yr?]) and Lucy Doner (born in Champlain, NY [yr ?]. He had two sisters (that I know of): Mary, b. 1870 and Ellen, b.1877. He married Jessie Doner on April 29, 1895 in Shoreham, Vermont. Any info. you may have on the Loyas or Doners would be greatly appreciated. Specifically, do you know anything about Native American ancestry in either family?
