You are right. The Lucy that married Thomas Loya Sr was born in 1839, the daughter of Thomas Doner and Sophia Goreline. Andrew Doner was her brother as was my Great Grandfather Lawrence. In the 1850 Census from Peru NY her name is listed as Louisa. Jessie Doner who married Thomas Loya Jr was her Louisa (Lucy) niece. Now were are getting into the interfamily marriages again. I have traced Thomas Doner's family back to 1642. It all seems to start with Antoine Daunay and Marie Richard. Hope this helps. Where are you living?
