Hi Lou,

The El Paso, Texas, county has an online database of birth records dating back to the begining of the 1900s. Try a search on the name "Trinidad Loya" and a search on the last name "Schiavo". Keep in mind that "Trinidad" is both a male and female name. Best of luck.
