Hello Kenneth,

I am not sure exactly what information you were looking for. Do you have any information regarding you birth place of your parents and grand parents?

I know there is many variations with the spelling and pro-nouncation of surnames.
I have only known Luetke as being pronounced as
"LUT-KEY"

I believe the name has deep roots back into Dutch-German origin in the 1500's. They fled into Prussia and then into Russia as did many Anti-baptists and many followed the Mennonite faith into Russia and eventually into the US in the 1870's.

Let me know if I can help you further.

Regards,

Bob Dirks
