I am researching my Stewart line which traces back to James Stewart/Stuart b. appox. 1812 in Virginia who married and resided with wife, Mariah, in Lee County, Virginia. I saw that someone has Mariah listed as a Lumpkin, and I was wondering if anyone has a Mariah Lumpkin born appox. 1812 in TN in their records. I would really appreciate any information.
