Brandon....This 1880 census is from www.familysearch.org. It MAY be your Noah's birth family, but of course I don't know for sure.

There is "a" T. J. Lumpkin listed in Virginia on this Civil War database, but of course I don't know if it is the same T. J. Lumpkin who is on the above 1880 census.

"If" he IS your T. J., his wife Mary E. should have been receiving a widow's pension. There is a Mary E. Lumpkin on the database below, but I can't access the actual images. Hope you will be able to do so to determine if this is connected to your family or not.
