Hello to all, I am inquring about WILLIAM LUNDY SR and his wife NANCY WEATHERFORD. Nancy in particular has been difficult to find. So I look as a last resort to who else is around the area at the time of the census, since many times families don't go too far from each other. Here is the problem. Earlier, I find on the 1850 Census William Lundy and Nancy together, but no Weatherfords in the area, but a WITHERSPOON that would have correct dates. So I move to the 1860 Census and find William and Nancy together with NANCY WEATHERFORD below them with her own family (no husband). Well, on ancestry everyone has Nancy being born in 1790, but the Nancy with William has her born in 1799 and William born in 1788. The "other" nancy below William and Nancy shows a NANCY WEATHERFORD born 1790. Now I think many are getting the two Nancys confused with each other, so my question is, is there anyone out there that knows who's who and for that matter, is Nancy a Weatherford or a Witherspoon? I'd appreciate the help from anyone. Thanks!
