Judy -

Think this Catherine Lung b. 1838 in OH is my husband's great-great-grandmother. Who are Philip, Jr.'s parents, grandparents, etc. I've seen a couple of different ideas on this.

The 1850 Census for Carroll County, Indiana, shows Philip Lung age 53 b. in VA, wife Sarah age 51 b. in VA. The children are listed as Isaac age 27 (OH), Nathaniel age 21 (OH), Reuben age 17 (OH), Barbary A. age 15 (OH), Rebecca age 11 (OH), John age 7 (IN), William H. age 6 (IN). The same household also lists Samuel Kepner age 29 (PA), wife Catharine age 22 (OH), children Isaac H. age 2 (IN) and Eliza J. age 2 (IN). This Samuel and Catharine are definitely my husband's great-great-grandparents.

Will appreciate any info you can provide regarding Philip Lung's ancestry.
