I am seeking info for a Norman Matthew Lung. a N American Indian. Known to be of the Algonquin Nation, believed to be of the Iriquois Confederacy Onondoga tribe. born in the early 30's in, possibly, Ontario. though definetly in E Canada. Lived for a time in the 50's-60's in the surrounding area of Rochester NY where he married once and had a son. Unaware of any other possible children or mariage(s)there is a hit on the SS death index for the same name, but that is an asian descent man, we have already contactedhis next of living kin and it is not a match. he left NY not more than 5yrs later, and his only son was made to take on a stepfathers name. the Onondaga tribal office adn the Iriquois Confederacy offices have stated they have no records of this, as he most likely was here "illegaly" from Canada. in 1982 he came to the residence I lived at in NY, believed that he was returning to Canada, believed to be Ontario.
I have taken all of the routs that I know of or havbe been refered to. so any knowledge would be greatly appreciated as there is to be a tribal wedding in this home next summer adn I would dearly love to have his presence in attendence. I can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org. thank you for taking the time to read this.
