Wanted to post this for those who I have corresponded with on this site.

Found/confirmed Henry's family in Butler Co. PA. and MT.

Thanks to Harold Bern, who posted a tree on Ancestry with one Elizabeth Lutz, b. 1844, wife of Thomas Chambers, the mystery is solved.

Thomas Chambers Civil War record, includes 2 letters/affadavits written 1890-93, by Samuel Lutz, b. 1846,PA., living in Fergus, Meagher, MT., and 1890-93, Henry Lutz, of P. O. Box, London Mills, Fulton Co. IL/Maquon, Knox., stating they knew Thomas after he was released from CW., and worked with him since 1862. Henry states he saw him once a month or more since 1862.

Both Sam and Henry, witnessed the marriage of Thomas Chambers, and Elizabeth Lutz, near Harmony, Butler Co. PA., May 7, 1863, by Rev. Weber. Both Sam and Henry signed their names.

Thomas d. Aug. 16, 1892, Elizabeth J/Lizzie, d. June 16, 1915. Williamsfield, Knox Co IL.

Regards,
Jan .
