We are also looking for a Lux from Germany,
who came to Nebraska, 1880s. He was Ambrose
Lux, and he came from Ebersdorf, Germany.
He was the only one in his family to come to
USA. He married Philomena Rotter in the
area of Nebraska City. He was in the Omaha
census of 1920, but we don't know when he
died nor where he is buried. Philomena died
in 1915 and she is buried at St Bernard's
Catholic Cemetery near Brock. Any names ringing any bells?
Thanks for any help.
