John FROEHLING, born in 1862 in Luxembuorg. He married Margaretha LIESCH who was born in 1864. I am not certain whether they married in Luxemburg or in the USA.
On the US Census records, they both listed Luxzembourg as their country of origen.
This couple has 7 known children: Nicholas, Joseph, Mary, Margaret, Mathias/Mathew, Alphonse and Aloyisius. They lived in Meeker County, Minnesota, and belonged to the Catholic parish of St. Anthony in Watkins, Minnesota. Watkins is a small town along the Meeker County-Stearns County border in central Minnesota.
I am looking for the birthplace of John and Margaretha. Can anyone help?
