Mathew and John Lymburner

There are two separate families of Lymburners. Mathew and John from the farm of Templeton in the Parish of Dundonald, Ayrshire, Scotland. John, Adam and Mathew from Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Scotland moved to Quebec City, Quebec. Mathew and John went into Maine, US and after the American Revolution Mathew went to New Brunswick. His widow remarried and moved with her husband and children to Caistor Township, Lincoln County, Ontario ca 1795-6. The baptismal dates of Mathew and John can be found in the records of Dundonald Parish, Ayrshire. John married two Glen sisters and Mathew married Margaret Kaims. John Lymburner, farmer, Templeton Farm had Mary bap 4 Mar 1738, Mathew bap 4 Apr 1742, John bap 2 Feb 1743, Ann bap 17 Jan 1745, Ann bap 27 Mar 1748, William bap 17 June 1750. The father John is listed as dying and buried Dundonald Parish 17 Jan 1769.
