Lymburners in Canada

Most people have been quoting from the "Lymburner Legacy" book by Susan Paquette. If you look on page 164 the Canadian line was from an unpublished manuscript "The House of Lymburner" by Mrs. Alice Lymburner. Prior to that Mrs. Olive Theal of Dunnville, Ontario had collected and shared a large amount of material on the Lymburner familly. There are many letters from the 1930's and on where Mrs. Theal was asking about the family. In the 1930's and 1940's the only way to get information was to write letters to family members and pass it on. Many in the Niagara area are very thankful to Mrs. Theal for collecting the material that she did. There was also another unpublished manuscript "Lymburner--Lymeburner" compiled by Grace Limeburner of Brooksville, Maine, US. We are also want to say thanks to her as well.
