I am looking for parents of Sam Linam aka Sj
linam. Born in 1828 in S.C. married a Martha Mc donald in1854 Butler cty. later married a n Eliz. then a Susan. Had a daughter named Eveline with Martha in 1855. served in Russells cav. injured in war. was an overseer prior to cw. Homesteaded land later 1882 I think. Im looking for his parents. Although he was born in S.C. he spent rest of life in Al. in Wilcox and COn.CTy.
