I am trying to track down Anders Loinan (Lynam) who appears in the Holy Trinity Church Records of New Sweden (Wilmington, Delaware) in the mid 1700's. His first wife was Brita, sons Joran(George) and Anders.
While the first names appear to be swedish I cannot locate them in Sweden. This might just be the translation of the minister writing the records. There were numerous irish families in the Holy Trinity Church Records. Anders was a farmer who married three times and all of his children had large families (9-10 children). My husband Carl is his direct descendent and he is the last farmer of the family in Delaware.

I would appreciate any information you might have.....
Nancy Lynam
