Im looking for any info on Christohper Lynam. Born 1850 Phillipstown, County Kings Ireland. Both of these places have changed names. Kings is now Offlay I beleive.
Christopher departed for Australia in 1876 aboard a ship the "Famenoth" This departed from Greenock in Scotland. Also on this ship was a Eliza Lynam. Birth records show a John Lynam born 1879 to a Christopher and Eliza -nee Innes, so I think this was his wife.
Also on the ship was a William Lynam - perhaps his brother.
