Marcia, My Lynam paperwork is found! My Mary Jane Lynam may have been the wife of Perry C. Lynam. They are on the 1870 IN Jackson Twp Hancock Co densus. She is 19, he 31 and sons are 3 and 1. They are also on the 1880 IN census Blue River Twp Hancock County. She is 29, he 42 and they have children 13, 11 and 8. The stack did include some records for your Elijah: a marriage record for Robert F., age 22, on 2 Dec 188? Hancock County, IN Book H3 page 12, Father is Elijah and mother is Mary Nugent. Bride's name not shown. Do you have a copy of this? Greenfield (county seat) is about 20 minutes south of us and we are there every couple of months or so if you'd like a copy. There was also a copy of the 1860 IN Hancock Co., Blue River Twp. census with Elijah 24, Mary A 23, an Ursula Lynam 66 (mother?), and John Rawls 25 farm Laborer. You did not mention if your Lynams are Quaker? A lot of the Blue RIver Township inhabitants of Hancock County were of the Quaker faith and attended meeting at Walnut Ridge Friends Church, in Rush County just over the Hancock County line. My e-mail address is available on Genforum if you would like to write to me directly. Bonnie in Anderson Notify Administrator about this message?
