GARY, DEWEY,
I just now saw your old posts about my LYNAM/BRYNBERG lines in "New Sweden", now Wlmntn, DEL.
I desc. from these two faminlies, and they ARE from Sweden. I imagine by now you have the genealogy, esp back to CHRISTIERN BRYNBERG from Sweden...I will be glad to share whatever I can. I think most of it is online.
The BRYNBERG line is pretty much now 'BRIMBERRY' in this country.
My mother was desc. from Martha S. Brimberry & James W. Stembridge in GA, early 1800s, but this Brimberry line was directly descended from 1600s christiern Brynberg (pron: "Brin-bare", then to "Brimberry")... they came from Sweden then to KY, SC, GA. That's where my line ended up. But we are all over the U.S.!
Hope to hear from you!
