Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Karen,We had contact several messages and years ago, where I mistakingly thought Sherrod had married Judith Rhoades.
Since then, I realize he married Juda or Judith Linnum is the way the transcriber translated Washington County Ga
marriagesBook a Female index 182-1852. On the same page is a Elizabeth Lynam who married 17 May 1849 to Chester Abselem . I wonder if Juda and Elizabeth could be sisters and the written names were transcribed incorrectly.
