William Lyons/Lynes

I've reached my preverbial "brick wall" while trying to research my LYONS surname in Cork. It's time to try another route by branching out to the LYNES spelling. According to some experts, it is a definite possibility, that LYONS, was indeed once LYNES. So, I ask... anyone out there researching a William LYONS/LYNES b. 1811+/- to Jeremiah and Margarett LYONS, LYNES of Cork? William married Rose Armshaw of Tipperary, daughter of Mary Mathews and Richard Armshaw.

Any input and suggestions welcome!

Pam in NY
