I am researching this family on behalf of a friend. Here is what I have:

Dann (Daniel) Lynn b. 24 Jan (Jun?) 1872, Christian, Kentucky, USA. d. 1833 Marrs, Posey, Indiana, USA

... Margaretta (or Margaret) Lynn
... Mary Polly Lynn (b. Abt 18__? m. Abt 1820 to Peter Saltzman)
... Rachel Lynn (b. Abt 18__? m. Abt 1830 to Alfred Martin
... James D Lynn m. Matilda Keister
... John P Lynn
... Bedford Lynn

Much is written about Dann Lynn, who was a founding father of Indiana as the first member of the Indiana House of Representatives (representing Posey County) and part of the Indiana Constitutional Convention of 1816. He is the namesake of Lynn Township, Posey County, Indiana.

QUETION: Do you have more information on Dann Lynn's parents? Most people list James Lynn and Mical Michealle Pitts; however, the birth dates of James Lynn are often listed as 1780-1790 which would not be correct if his Dann (his son's) birtdhay is Jan-Jun 1782.
