I am trying to determine if Nancy Lynn Corbly brought a slave into Greene County PA. In a preview of Don Corbly's book "Pastor John Corbly" it mentions that Nancy inherited a male slave and that she freed him in 1816. I haven't yet found a manumission record in Greene County where Nancy Corbly shows up in the census as a head of household after the death of her husband Rev. John Corbly.
