Looking for Parents of James William (Will) LYNN Sr. Loudoun, Co. VA

Hi, I am looking for the parents of James William (Will) LYNN Sr. who was believed to be of American Indian decent. James was born February 10, 1868 and died November 12, 1932 somewhere near Hamilton, VA.

It was said Will was either a full blooded indian or a half-breed; which could be the reason I can not find any information out about him. Perhaps he may have been black because his descendants have had indian/dark features.

Are there records for indians who may have been living in the Loudoun County, VA area at this time?
