Charles, my name is Tobin only because my father officially changed the name from Lynskey in 1941. His fathers name was Patrick Lynskey and his mothers name was Mary Wall. My great grand father and mothers names were Patrick Lynskey and Mary Disken from the town of Milltown,county Galway. My fathers mother died soon after he was born and he was raised by an aunt, Mary Tobin. Let me hear from you, for I've gone back about as far as possible for me.
