Hi David
I am contacting you because I was given your name in Oz some years ago from a relative who got it from the Wairarapa Lysters in NZ I think. Didn't get around to it as it was before the internet days so thought I would see if we are connected.

My late father was Clarence Leslie Lyster, second son of Leslie Lyster and Gladys Mary Smith and our original ancestors I believe came from the Policeman in Upper Hutt, forget his name but will look it out. Albert and Marjory were my father's siblings.

Let me know if this rings any bells. I am new to this but was curious to have a look and recognised your name.
