I am looking for any information on Joseph Lawrence Lyster who CYCLED across Canada in the late 1930s writing articles as he traveled which are believed to have been published in a magazine called Wild West ( or similar ).His obituary states that he spent a " few years " in Yukon.

He was born in Athlone, Ireland in 1899 and died there in 1954

After service with the R N V R and the Merchant Navy, he sailed for Halifax in 1936 and stayed in North America for 3 or 4 years.
