Rowley Vital Records, Birth Peter Mooers Jr

I am trying to find the birth of Peter Mooers Jr S/O Peter Mooers and Mary Pearson. A genealogy on the Mooers family gives his brith as Aoril 17, 1729. However, I can not find the record. I have looked in Vital Records of Rowley MA to the end of the year 1849, published by the Essex Institute. I did find the marriage of Mary Pearson to Peter Mooers and the marriage of Mary Howes to Peter Mooers Jr. Also, I found the births of children to Peter Mooers Jr and Mary,

Any suggestions on where to look would be appreciated.
