Hi Kyla, I checked vital records on line and found a Peter MOERS (sp) born May 5th, 1729 in Newbury, son of Peter and Mary. There was also another Peter baptized in 1739 in Haverhill, son of Peter. Perhaps he wasn't born in Rowley? Julie in MA
